You will be responsible for the overall store operations and customer service.
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and operational success of the store.
You will work with the Store Manager to ensure that all financial goals are met and that customers receive the highest level of service and product satisfaction.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 2
years of retail management experience required Strong leadership qualities to ensure high store productivity and customer satisfaction Ability to manage a team of employees and provide guidance on employee development and performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to adapt to changing priorities and have flexibility with regard to scheduling, shifts, and hours Proficient with Excel and other computer programs Job Type:
